[We can also get a wide range of Salsa bikes -- contact us if the model you're after isn't below...]
Casseroll Triple
$2,535 Sale price: $1,800!
The Casseroll Triple will take you anywhere, comfortably and efficiently. Built for road riding (but not for racing), the steel frame and fork provide a smooth and comfy ride. We also love this bike for the little touches: the fancy SKS silver mud guards, the fender and rack braze-ons, the embroidered Salsa chilli saddle logo, and the ability to take large road tyres and/or convert to a singlespeed or fixie. Plus who can argue with a colour scheme called Ginger Beer?
Perfect for: commuters, cruisers, and everyday riders
- A road bike for non-roadies
- Comfy, classy, and elegant
Casseroll Single
The Casseroll Single does everything the Casseroll Triple does but with single speed gearing! (And, as Pete says, if you live in Adelaide, you only really need one gear most of the time.) The steel feels great to ride, and the bike has the same fender/rear rack mount braze-ons and ability to switch to a fixie and take large road tyres as the Triple. It also features a matching chainguard, which is pretty swish.
Perfect for: commuters, cruisers, and everyday riders

Who is Salsa?
The Salsa crew love their bikes, their trails, and their beer, possibly in that order. Based in Minnesota, they hit the dirt everywhere from the lakes to the prairies, plus are committed to reducing their environmental impact. As a bonus, their catalogues and website are sprinkled with Tex-Mex recipes (e.g. ‘I Dream of Beanie’, ‘Guaka Khan’, etc.). This alone gets them our tick of approval. (Well, OK; it takes a bit more than that.)
